Year End Highlight 3/3 To say the least that we are very fortunate for the opportunities that have come our way. Our third location in Glendora came fast but also slow at the same time. Within 30 days from discovering the location we signed with @glendoramarket back in February and off we go..so we thought. We were super excited to expand Boba Break but like most businesses, everything came to a screeching halt because of covid and there was no way to tell when and if the ...project would continue. Third quarter things finally starting rolling again and in September the food hall opened and we were just overwhelmed with support from market goers. To have such a strong opening weekend and to continue the hype during normal times is a huge blessing let alone operating during a pandemic. We can not thank all of our supporters enough. 2020 will forever in the books as one of the (insert caption here) years ever. We are forever grateful to still be able to serve our communities and provide a great experience to all of our supporters. It’s also a huge honor to be able to provide jobs to a great groups of individuals who we consider our Boba Break Family. This company couldn’t have made it without all of their hard work. We have high hopes for the upcoming 2021 year and are excited to see what’s in the plans for us but we are definitely not counting our chickens. Year End Highlight 2/3 Online ordering was something we hardly considered before. We wanted our guests to have the full experience of coming into our stores to appreciate the aesthetics of our decor and experience the great customer service we strive to give. But with covid we had to shift our sales online. We closed our stores back in the end of March and reopened at the beginning of May and launched our online store. We push our hardest to provide an easy ordering system... for everyone to protect our guests and employees. Everything is running smoothly and our supporters appreciate the fact that we were taking the precautions during the difficult time. Year End Highlight 1/3 This past year had many challenges for small businesses. Ever since we opened in 2018 catering has always been a part of our company. We provided our diy #bobabar services and it was very popular but due to covid we couldn’t offer that to our clients. We started offering our #bobawall in May and it quickly gain popularity with everyone. Our clients loved how these look on their driveway. It was definitely the WOW factor at their events and what our... clients loved the most is that we were able to color match the themes with our drinks.
