In the 80s, a Texan named Carlos DeLuna was arrested on suspicion of murder. His prosecutor mocked his alibi, the police agency responsible for the investigation failed to admit that DeLunas alibi perpetrator (Hernandez) was a confidential informant in other cases, and a single day of investigation years later showed unmistakable evidence of innocence.
