Happy Howlidays! I think we are all ready for 2020 to come to a close. We hope that 2021 will bring joy and something more normal, whatever that looks like. Our recent challenges have been to keep our Blue Ravine team healthy and working. With the increased cases of COVID in the area we have had team members exposed and unfortunately some that have missed weeks of work due to required quarantines. Thankfully, wearing masks, hand washing, and additional quarantine standards ha...ve kept our hospital team from spreading the virus amongst each other. We are proud we have been able to continue to be here for your pets throughout the entire year without having a mandated whole office shut down. We are working hard to prevent it! While Blue Ravine has been able to stay open, we have regrettably had reduced appointment availability and increased response time due to working short-staffed. Our team members who have continued to work have worked many extra shifts and overtime hours so please be kind to them when you see or talk to them. All of us work in this profession because we love pets and understand how important they are to their families. It is difficult for us to admit when we can't fit-in that one more appointment or when we make you wait a little longer than normal to be seen. We cannot thank you enough for your patience and understanding throughout 2020. We hope each and every one of you and the furry members of your family have a relaxing, safe holiday season!
