It needs a lot of work and not everyone is willing to take on this task. 5/8 offers came from families, the other 3 were from local cash investors. 2/3 of the cash investors came in at or above our asking price of $700K. One even included a signed full contingency removal with a 10-day close of escrow! The top two were nearly 10% over asking price ... What are your thoughts on how long this market can last?
