Starting January 16th, our own @courtneynicolesatow along with @katiebressack and @nicole.leigh of the @extraordinarylifeproject will lead "Nourish". A 12 week program for the busy woman who doesn't want to do it alone anymore. Nourish offers in person group meetings, group phone calls, 1-on-1 coaching, personalized counseling, group support, goal setting, and so much more! Online programs are great but not everything is a one size fits all approach. On Sunday October 9th, 9:30-3, we are hosting our first retreat right here at @blissredondobeach ! @courtneynicolesatow @barenaturalskincare and @balancedbyjulie will be working with each participant individually and in a group for our beginning yoga flow and closing restorative yoga class. Limited to only 3 participants at a time, we will start with gentle yoga, enjoy a light brunch toget...her, then move into individual services. One person will relax with a custom massage, one will Bliss out with a facial, and one will discuss their health, nutritional needs, and overall wellness for a one hour coaching consult. All participants will switch to receive all services and we will end with a restorative yoga class combined with meditation, essential oil aromatherapy massage, and reiki healing. WHAT?!?
