Happy Halloween!!!

I'm not "retiring" but rather I plan to be coddiwompling in this next phase of my life and I am very excited to see what unfolds. I couldn't be more grateful fo...r the 16 years at Applemy formative yearsworking with the most talented people on earth who raised the bar of solid design higher than maybe will ever be raised in history. But it was the 20 years at Black & White Design that I made my real home and I am proud to call my extended family. Every person in our agency is exceptionally talented but above all, each is kind and not one lacks integrity. So it's not surprising that these are important values at Black & White. I credit Nicki for bringing together an amazing group of people who have and will continue to do outstanding work, often under impossible deadlines. I am so happy that my daughter, Caitlin, is now part of this powerful and caring company. Of course I can't leave without thanking my clients, many of whom have become good friends. It is because of you that all the work was worth the effort. Your passion, incredible knowledge, teamwork, and appreciation made us want to do the impossible for you. I know that will not change. I will miss the closeness I've had with you allmy coworkers and clientsbut I will stay connected one way or another so I won'tmaybe eversay goodbye.
