The team at @torrancememorial is working unbelievably hard while the hospital is overflowing with COVID patients. It has been an honor working with the hospital to provide hundreds of meals this week to the doctors, nurses, and staff. This is our custom Yucatán chicken bowl with plenty of vegetables and roasted sweet potatoes to fuel our frontline heroes!

The holidays may be more intimate this year, but that’s all the more reason not to fuss with the chores of Thanksgiving cooking. Luckily we have the perfect menu that feeds small parties of 4. This year our Coser Family Farm harvest has been incredible. We are blessed to have over 120 fruit trees and a dozen massive farm boxes to provide our customers with the best organic produce out there. Today’s Hachiya persimmon harvest was so fruitful, and will be available for sale at our cafe!
