Thank you Leigh's Favorite Books and Bookasaurus for being one of our first sponsors for this year’s Bishop Bobcat Turkey Trot Walkathon week! Traditionally, the Walkathon is our biggest fundraiser to ensure all the students and teachers have the supplies they need. This year we’re holding a week-long socially-distanced Turkey Trot around the school and neighborhood. We’re looking for other local businesses, like Leigh’s, to sponsor the Walkathon either with a monetary gift ...or with items or gift cards that could be used as prizes for the kids. We know times are hard for everyone with this pandemic, so if you’re not able to help financially, would you be interested in putting a Bishop Bobcat cutout in your business window for the students to find on their walk? Looking for something fun and safe to do with your family this month? The PTO has put together a Back-to-School Scavenger Hunt! You can drive or walk, take pictures or simply fill out the form. Anyone can participate--current students, alumni, teachers, siblings! Bishop walkathon next Friday. Please encourage your student to collect pledges. $75 or more earns a free homework pass and class with most money earned wins a pizza party. Sponsor sheets should have came home in last weeks Bobcat folder and a second copy just in case coming home this week.
