Hello Ramona & San Diego, we hope everybody had a great Easter Sunday. It was a tad slow yesterday so we took advantage of that and made fresh 50/50 burgers and stacked our sausage section all handmade right here in house! Bratwurst, cheddar jalapeño Bratwurst, fresh Polish sausage, sweet Italian sausage. And of course the famous 50/50. It’s supposed to be really nice the next couple of days so come on in grab something for the grill. Have a great day.

Hello San Diego. It’s the New year and I have had requests for more classes. The next sausage class will be Sunday January the 26th. The class will be $250.00 per person. With a $100.00 cash deposit ( NON REFUNDABLE ) to secure you’re spot in the class. The other $150.00 will be due when you show up the night of the class. My goal for this class. To be able to send you home armed and confident that you could come to the shop to buy good meat, casing and spices. Then go hom...e and make sausage with your family as long as you have the correct equipment. During the class we will make three types of sausage. Breakfast country style sausage, Sweet Italian sausage, And one other that we will decide in class. You will get to take home 9-10 pounds of sausage 3 pounds of each that we make. You will also get to take home the new knife and safety glove you will be required to use during the class. I will only be taking six people per class. I want serious one on one time with you so that everybody feels they get a solid amount of attention and guidance. The classes will fill up quickly and it will be first come first serve. You will have full hands on sausage making experience. You get to cut up your own pork butts, you get to ball and wrap your own bulk sausage. You get to link all of your own sausage. And you get to take them home. You will be able to ask me any and all questions about sausage making, and I will answer them to the best of my ability. Moreover I want everybody to just have a really good time. The classes will be Sunday evenings from 6 to 8 P.M. You will be required to sign a waiver for all release of liability so show up 15 minutes early please. I am going to run monthly consecutive classes so everybody can get a chance to come. Our chipotle jalapeño pepper jack pork roll! Just made em FRESH. These things are so good in a cast-iron skillet with some dark green vegetables or fantastic on the smoker in a pan with anything you can imagine to accompany it.
