Kua Gai (wok chicken noodles) would be the kitchen sink of noodle dishes in a Thai kitchen, finished w/ torn up lettuce, bean sprouts and scallions at the end, oddly enough it works. Don’t forget to mix in pickled serranos and our house chili oil, a simple yet satisfying plate for these hot summer nights. Hands down our #phadThai is the most popular noodle dish we serve. Our recipe came from a seasoned chef from Phuket, Thailand. Wild shrimp phad Thai with a side of spicy green papaya salad paired w/an icy @juneshine blood orange mint hard kombucha is perfect during the first heatwave of the year.
