Here is the schedule for next. Please note that on Sunday July 13th after the 9am class there will be a little farewell gathering to say good-bye to our home for over 12 yrs. Thank you everyone for all your love, support, and yoga practice.

So, yesterday in class, SNL fans, I'm trying to get Garrett to grab his knee for wind removing pose, and he motions with his hand next to his ear and mouthing the words "Can you speak up? I can't HEAR you!!" I still don't know if he was being serious! Anyway I found myself projecting my voice much louder than usual!
