Come on out for a evening of wine music food and fun

Big day today. We’ll be at wood Family Vineyards for their release party. We’ve been cooking sense Friday night for around 400. Three dishes for 3 wines. So 1200 bites. Smoked salmon crostini with caper cream cheese dill and parmigiana. Mini 4 inch tri-tip kabobs and spinach and sage sausage stuffed mushrooms with cream cheese and mozzarella. All with a reduction of the wine they’re paired with. Should be a fun day.

Come on out this Sunday. It’s going to be a fantastic event. And we’re very excited to be serving up our delicious bbq for such a fun occasion. We’ll be out there from noon to 5 ish. Menu includes smoked Nashville hot chicken brisket sandwich with spicy Asian slaw and introducing our first vegetarian dish. Smoked shredded portobello sandwich with a balsamic slaw.
