Due to the Coronavirus situation we are closing effective March 17th. We anticipate re-opening on March 28th. We will be providing updates prior to the 28th.

We are closely monitoring the latest developments of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), and we are taking preventative measures to ensure that the health and wellbeing of our guests and staff is our top priority. While there are no reported cases in Big Bear Lake, the following actions and preventative measures are being taken to ensure this commitment. As a standard, we routinely clean hard surfaces and disinfect our facilities daily, with additional attention throughout the ...day as needed. We have significantly enhanced our cleaning and sanitation efforts on all guest and employee common touch points; additionally, we are providing sufficient anti-bacterial soap at hand-washing stations, and have placed multiple alcohol-based hand sanitizers throughout our facilities. We are frequently cleaning and disinfecting all ride vehicles, restrooms, food locations, and employee break areas. We have asked our staff to follow the preventative recommendations from the CDC. We are asking employees who are sick to stay home. If anyone has a fever or becomes sick while at work, we will immediately release them to see their medical provider. Big Bear Snow Play is fully open with normal operating hours, and will continue to monitor developments of COVID-19. We remain committed to providing you and your family with a friendly, clean and safe environment.
