The first gen Promise jumping and surfing some waves (which there very good at) behind a 64 foot yacht on puget sound. Funny thing was in a few years this very boat with a new owner who put a 225 Mercury on it went 97 MPH! Not recommended!!! the boat was a very heavy lay up probably would have gone a lot faster with 200 pounds less!

Ok trivia time and the winner gets a 15 dollar Starbucks card! (There are a couple disqualifiers so read the last sentence of this text) Who is the taller guy standing on the port side of boat (right side of photo). Hint: cartoon. The disqualifiers are: You knew me, my family or friends in the greater Seattle area in the 90s or had general knowledge of the Promise project in that era. Also I can only mail to winner in continental USA Thanks! And who said it wasn’t a fishing boat!!
