BAD NEWS: Yesterday I tweaked my back and it hurt. A lot! Hadn't been in that much pain for a long time -- and I couldn't get a chiropractic appointment until 5:00 on Friday. GOOD NEWS: I practiced what I preach and used EFT/Tapping on it and it reduced my experience of the pain by about 80%!!! I see this happen with clients all the time but it still amazes me when I actually experience this for myself! I can still feel some misalignment, but now know I can make it until my chiropractor takes care of that on Friday. BETTER NEWS: I am offering a workshop on how to do this for yourself.
