The state of affairs socially, politically and medically are contributing tremendously to our overall load of stress and anxiety. Stress can manifest in many ways, and in this evening’s discussion we will cover some of these, including: sleeplessness due to racing thoughts, waking in the night unable to go back to sleep, ...anxiety about germs and illness irritability and mood swings, feelings of fear, hopelessness, powerlessness and sadness. Join Alexis White, CCH and Sangita Pedro, ND for an evening discussing stress, anxiety and sleep. Alexis will provide detailed information about homeopathic solutions to problems that arise from stress, anxiety and sleeplessness. Sangita will explain the physiology of these issues, along with natural solutions to return you to optimal health. We will also discuss proven methods to reduce stress.
