The planning for this case was based upon this digital set up of the teeth. The files are merged with the CBCT data to establish the position and length of the implants and the angulation and length of the abutments.

In this case, our patient wanted to maintain the natural esthetic of her smile and Dr. Solnit treated her with conservative improvements - Veneers on #5, #8 and #12. Once the two are merged the resulting surgical guides are 3D printed in advance of the surgery. A surgical recipe is formulated in advance of the actual surgery to ensure success.

Another restoration that is standing the test of time! In this case the upper implants were restored 21 years ago and the bone levels look fantastic. The lower implants were restored 7 years ago.

Can you guess how long these implants have been placed? Longevity is an undervalued aspect of dentistry, especially in today’s focus on the white Hollywood Smile. Dr. Solnit has always made longevity a primary focus on his restorative work. The implant on the patient’s left side (#9) was restored 29 years ago! The one on the patient’s right (#8) was restored 11 years ago. Both look perfect still to this day.

Temporary restorations that I made for a patient today. Temporary restorations are so important in the managing of soft tissue and achieving excellent esthetic results in the final restoration. I make these myself at chairside. These are made from Methymethacrylate because I still feel it is superior to the newer BisGMA products for long term temporaries.

Dr. Solnit has added the safest n95 mask as a part of his team’s patient protective gear. These masks have the best seal to reduce any exposure. He consistently researches and goes above and beyond to ensure his patients are as safe as possible.

Meet our Team! Meryl joined our practice in January of 2020 as our office manager. She is originally from the East Coast and has made California her home for many years. Having been an office manager for over 20 years Meryl has brought her expertise to create a great working environment. She truly enjoys interacting with and taking care of our patients needs. In her free time, Meryl enjoys cooking and spending time with her family and friends.
