Here's a terrific recipe for low calorie pizza with an alternative version for vegans: Layer 1 6" whole wheat tortilla with tomato sauce, low fat mozzarella cheese (or soy mozzarella), 1 large sliced tomato, thinly sliced turkey sausage (or meatless italian sausage), fresh basil leaves. Grill or broil until crisp. About 300 calories. Yum!
