Stricter Stay Home ordinance rules to be unforced in San Francisco Bay Area on December 6 @10 pm. That means staying home 10 pm- 5 am, seating restaurants, personal care and gyms will be closed at least for the next 2 weeks. City and condominium/ apartment living is getting a bad rap now, but I bet on the return of the city life and if you have been previously priced out of San Francisco, you should consider buying an urban dwelling now. I am the least unrealistic and salesy Realtor you will meet and that is why I am happy to give you charts, stats, do a mini desertation on the market conditions ( in my detriment, because I end up selling a lot less) and even scare you away with the darkest prop...erty depreciation scenarios. In all honesty, I expect that the condominium market in any major city will go further down before recovering( subject to another post or blog) . But factor in the inflation, the cheap money that you can borrow and the fact that historically mostly cash buyers can buy at the bottom of the market. If you buy for 5+ plus years ownership or investment, it should be a good investment. Today I saw these condos with spectacular views in South Beach, right across the Giants’ baseball ball park. The same owner is selling three penthouse level condos in a full service/ amenities building. And these are the views! Even if you work from home indefinitely, you will never get bored of these views and lights.
