Social media is important in a personal injury claim. Be sure not to post on your social media accounts anything that you don't want to be taken into consideration during your personal injury claim. Think ahead. We never know when we might be in an accident or when we might need to file a claim for personal injuries, so it's wise to manage the pictures, videos and content on your social media accounts in a way that always presents your in a positive way.

Contingency fee based representation means that my office bills the client at the end of the claim, when the case settles or there is an official award by an arbitrator or a judge.
