Everything is great The only thing I would like is a heads up when water won't be running. A few months ago water wasn't running for 3 mornings in a row due to some construction and it would have been nice to know in advance so I can plan accordingly. Berro was fantastic. Onsite manager Melissa was great and she and Berro ALWAYS responded. Our building was recently sold and the new owners selected a new management company. First thing they did was fire our onsite manager. Its gone down hill quickly. A great place to work for or rent from

I have recently moved out of a property on Broadway that Berro managed. I moved out of this property because the building manager was harassing me. I would have stayed in my apartment had it not been for this particular manager. I would give this manager a single star review. The reason I am giving Berro Management Five Stars is because they are professional and responsive. Once I circumvented my building manager and went directly to the Supervisor at Berro all my reasonable requests were met in a timely and efficient manner. I would indeed live at another building managed by Berro in the future.
