Berkeley Rooftop Gardens

Thanks for coming to our event today! It was a huge success and the turnout was amazing (11 volunteers!). We made a short video to document what we did today! We started planting and as we receive more funding we really hope to plant more and make it an actual garden. There are probably legal restrictions for planting on school owned buildings so we pivoted and offered our greenify services to friend's apartments around the Berkeley Area. We hope that these projects we do for other people will inspire more to greenify their own roofs once they the amazing benefits of having a rooftop garden. Lastly, We believe that its important to reflect on what we learned today and what individual steps we want to take to contribute to the global conservation efforts :). Drop your thoughts down below!
