You may already know that I have a background as a trainer and currently work as an OrangeTheory Fitness coach, so I wanted to offer some ideas for staying active and healthy as our local gyms begin to open up! . . I don't worry about the gym competition or pressure clientswith "my gym is the best, and you should only work out here" message. Gyms and fitness experiences look different--open gyms, group fitness, one-on-one training, or just working out independently. I truly ...care for people, their fitness/health journey, and the way they feel. . . In my experience, I think everyone should at least try a group fitness gym. They all have unique styles and reflect differing niches, but group fitness gyms create the potential beyond individual fitness as there is opportunity to find a fitness community. It brings me so much happiness to see someone finding a home at one of these gyms as they make new workout buddies that turn into new friendships. . .
