Our new patient came in wanting to brighten and improve his smile. He wanted to get 6 porcelain veneers which requires extensive drilling of healthy tooth structure and costs many thousands of dollars. Instead, we urged him to try a more conservative approach with BLEACHING followed by cosmetic BONDING on only 4 TEETH. No drilling and no needles were required and the treatment cost was a fraction of the price of veneers. It was potentially going to be a temporary solution as I wanted to be sure he liked what we could accomplish before drilling his teeth. He liked it so much he decided to keep the bonding and avoid the invasiveness and higher fees of the porcelain veneers.

Our new patient today was thrilled that we were able to correct her "snaggle tooth" with minimally invasive recontouring and composite bonding without even getting her numb. She was expecting a much more invasive, time consuming, and expensive treatment. She was very happy with the results.

Smiling patients = smiling dentists

There's nothing more challenging in esthetic dentistry than restoring a single central incisor. Matching the color, translucency, shape, and texture to its mirror image in the dead center of the smile is very difficult. My patient today is a good friend and has been wanting to replace her old bonding on her broken tooth for many years now. We decided to do a porcelain veneer because it would last much longer than the bonding. We were both very happy with the results!

My patient yesterday couldn't stop smiling with her new set of dentures and when I called her last night to see how she was doing she said she couldn't stop eating. This is her first set of dentures since getting lower implants. Decades of her lower denture flopping around and now it looks great and stays put!

Enamel microabrasion is an ultra-conservative and inexpensive way to reduce white spots and yellow/brown stains on teeth. It involves gently roughening the teeth then polishing them with a special pumice solution. These results were obtained in a single one hour appointment for the upper 6 front teeth.
