We at the Benjamin Creme Museum of Art have been closely monitoring the rapidly developing COVID-19 virus situation and are committed to following the recommendations of the City and County of Los Angeles, the state of California, as well as federal recommendations concerning public protection, including those recommendations on meetings and gatherings of people. On Thursday evening March 12th, the City of Los Angeles informed the Museum of new guidelines on public protection... which include limiting gatherings to no more than 250 people and for this number of people and all smaller gatherings to maintain social distancing of six feet between members of the public. Due to these newly issued guidelines the Museum will have to delay it’s reopening until such time as new guidelines are issued. We will keep you updated as the situation evolves.
