"But I can't find time to exercise!" Did you know that even brief bouts of physical activity offer benefits? For instance, if you can't fit in one 30-minute walk, try a few 10-minute walks instead. Being active throughout the day can add up to provide health benefits. Interval training, which entails brief (60 to 90 seconds) bursts of intense activity at almost full effort, can be a safe, effective and efficient way of gaining many of the benefits of longer duration exercise.... Did you know that we have an "Express" section in our Virtual Studio with workouts that are 30 minutes or less? What's most important is making regular physical activity part of your lifestyle.

It's time to celebrate! We've had our Be. Studio for two years now - and 2020 saw the addition of our Be. Outdoor Pavilion as well. We are so appreciative of our Be. community, both near and far, who have supported us and helped us get through such a difficult year. So to thank you, we have some fun things planned for this month! For starters, we'll be giving away a fantastic basket at the end of the month! For every LIVE class you take during the month of January - that's either in person or online! - you will receive an entry for our basket raffle. We're so excited about all of the goodies we have to share to help you start the year off right. Stay tuned for details about what's inside.

It's time to RECLAIM ourselves 2020 was a doozy, and we are so happy to say goodbye. But we know that things aren't going to immediately be better or easier- we're still living through a pandemic. So maybe you feel like we do... a resolution feels a bit heavy for our headspace these days. If you're feeling like you're ready to tackle something new, we support you all the way! But for us - we're going to focus on RECLAIMING what we lost in 2020. Take back your time, take back your peace, take back your routine. We don't feel like we need to be "more" or "better" right now, we just want to get back what we lost, get back to where we were. And then we can move forward, together.
