In an effort to help keep our community safe during the COVID-19 pandemic, the Bembridge House will be closed for tours beginning Tuesday, March 17, 2020. We will actively monitor the latest developments and resume tours as soon as it is safe to do so. We greatly appreciate your support during this challenging time.
The Bembridge House will remain open to the public for regularly scheduled docent-led tours and for the Irish Afternoon Tea on Saturday, March 14. For the health and safety of all visitors and volunteers, stay home if you are experiencing even mild symptoms of a cold and/or flu. If you choose to visit, we ask that you follow recommended health guidelines. Refrain from direct physical contact and attempt to keep a distance of 6 feet from other visitors. We will actively monitor the latest developments and keep you informed of any changes. Thank you for your support and understanding as we work to keep our community strong and healthy.
The Irish Afternoon Tea at the Bembridge House is now sold out, but there are other opportunities to visit. Click to learn about our weekly docent-led tours! https://www.lbheritage.org/bembridge-house/visit/
This Saturday (Feb. 1), enjoy a performance of the Elephant Man at the Bembridge House! Dorothy Bembridge, a beloved music teacher, often opened her home for musical concerts and poetry. We're happy to carry on the tradition and offer entertainment by Emmy-nominated producer/director Pamela Peak. Tickets are $20 and include light refreshments.
