OWNER HAS BEEN FOUND AND IS OKAY! While on our way back from Julian and as we were passing the Santa Isabel West trailhead, we spotted this lone riderless horse... wandering through the brush. He is a BLM Mustang with a brand on his left hind that reads 7278. Does anyone know who he belongs to? Please share on any Ramona/Julian groups you can think of. See more
