County Wedding licenses are available again... AND BELLA MUCCI’s has 400 gowns on sale ready to take home!! (In stock maids as well. Limited to stock on hand) Wedding Gowns: appointment requests at Bellamuccisbridalcouture.com Hopefully starting week of 5/24.... (Most current County guidelines will be in place.) License info: Ventura County Clerk will resume issuing marriage licenses on May 4, 2020, by appointment only. * Marriage licenses will be issued by appointment only in Ventura beginning May 4, 2020, with the following requirements: * Appointment only (805) 654-2263 * Building entry limited to the two applicants * At least one applicant must be a Ventura County resident (with exceptions for active military and first responders); identification required * Application must be completed online in advance at http://apps.countyofventura.org/ailis5/; applicants without internet access can call (805) 654-2263 and request an application be mailed to them * Must submit to County screening to gain building entry * Must bring and wear masks and adhere to social distancing protocols during the entire visit; masks will not be provided * Marriage ceremonies are suspended until further notice, no exceptions. * Licenses are good for 90 days it can be used anywhere in the state of California.

We hope everyone is staying home when possible, and staying safe. We are currently closed under the covid19 requirements, but optimistic to opening towards the end of May. We will have around 400 gowns on clearance, these random pictured are among them. We sometimes have Dad’s come along. Some sit quietly, some shed a tear. We were pleased to have Bella Mucci Bride Nicole Bennett , bring her dad, Dan, along with her Guests. He was on his feet, feeling fabrics, checking out the hand sewn beadwork, looking at lace and hems. He even researched bustles! Very interactive and lovingly supportive!!! What a joy you all were!! Such a beautiful bride and fortunate to have such a wonderful, supportive family. Thank you so very much!!

The last four weeks has been interesting to say the least! With the coronavirus and most of the factories, where let’s face it, most all of the designer gowns are made, are shut down and there is no shipping. Bridal stores are restricted to selling most dresses right from the store, and gowns that the designers have in over stock are getting scooped up quickly. If your wedding is in 2020, in most cases, plan on buying an in stock gown. Thankfully I have around 500 pristine... designer dresses in the store, so Im able to keep up with the demand. All gowns are for sale, which includes current styles as well as discontinued styles. Smaller stores, with not much stock, are really feeling the pressure. During this Coronavirus quarantine we tend to get a little stir crazy and get a little creative. I just received this video from Kaitlin White, one of my bridal appointments that we had to cancel. Her appointment was supposed to be today. To cheer her up, her sister, Chelsie, made this video of her trying on wedding dresses. I love, love, love it! Thank you so much, you made my day!!
