Christianity IS a heart and life transformed by the power of Jesus. Christianity IS laying down your life, picking up your cross, and following Jesus. Christianity IS praying to God (the only God) in the name of Jesus. Christianity IS being filled with God’s precious Holy Spirit. Christianity IS making the Holy Bible your final authority. Christianity IS living your life according to the written word of God (the Bible). ...Anything else is DECEPTION. LISTEN, be careful of unknowingly adopting New Age beliefs and practices. It seems like the closer we get to the end times, the more people want to merge the Christian Faith with New Age, but still call it Christianity. The best thing you can do for yourself right now is PICK UP YOUR BIBLE and dig into it so you won’t be blown away by every new trend that masquerades itself as an angel of light. Something can appear good and godly but that doesn’t mean it is *from* God. Other Christians can even begin to adopt certain things, but that doesn’t make it BIBLICAL. Just because other Christians (well-known or otherwise) are doing something doesn’t mean that God has co-signed that thing. Pray on it, CHECK THE SOURCE, and ask God for DISCERNMENT.
