Lots of us think we should wash raw #chicken because it could be dirty (you're right but it might not be for reasons you think!). Chicken is one of the most likely meats to become contaminated during processing simply because of the physiology of the bird. They're small, with small intestinal tracks you get the idea. So, what can you do? Buy #clean birds that are raised properly and processed slowly & carefully from farms you trust.
