And we will continue to bring it this Sunday Night with the return of DJ Jesse "Monster" Monsher (8-9) and his supreme hotness, DJ Rod "Hot Sauce" Schumacher, aka DJ Hot Rod (9-10). Yours truly, DJ Posh will begin the night with some new vinyl acquisitions at 7 sharp and will also end the night by teaming up with DJ Darin Navarro for an explosive Kamikaze DJ set in a locked steel cage!!! And by locked steel cage, I mean a rockin' little place we like to call Tony's Darts Away.

Yesterday's passing of Jack Bruce has inspired extra helpings of Cream in tonight's lineup, and DJ Darrin Navarro will honor Cream and Bruce's legacy with a tribute to power trios, from ZZ Top to Dinosaur Jr, from the Jimi Hendrix Experience to Sleater-Kinney. Also, DJ Rottinghaus has promised to weigh in on the whole Halloween issue tonight (vinylistically speaking).

Nobody waits until October 31 to celebrate Halloween anymore, least of all DJ Andrew Tonkin, who aims less to make you shake your booty than just to freak your ass out. At 7 p.m., St. James presents AQUARIUM, wherein exotic and familiar species of glam, punk, 80s, 70s AM gold, and 60s soul & garage cohabitate swimmingly. Then at 8 p.m., J. Roger goes RETROCIDE, featuring a cavalcade of covers: revved-up versions of old hits, trashings of pop songs, pop re-imaginings of rock songs - from the ...ultracool to the downright strange. At 9 p.m. DJ Drew gets OKTOBERFESTIVE. German (and Swiss, Belgian, and Austrian) synthpop favorites meet oompah schlager music, krautrock, and Anglo tribute songs. Sip a Märzen and dig this Deutsche treat! Finally, at 10 p.m. Tony's Darts Away's local hot sauce purveyor, Rod Schumacher, offers the vinyl equivalent of his peppery elixirs.
