Lea the Beauty Therapist

Hi I’ve noticed some new peeps here so I thought I’d reintroduce myself. When I first started my Instagram, I was solely doing hair and makeup, hence my handle @leathebeautyartist ... Fast forward to 2020 ... pandemic HITS I can’t work!! So many days and nights of nothingness got me thinking Who am I really? What’s my intention? Am I experiencing my full potential? One portion of my business - hair and makeup was like being on auto pilot. Fun but not challenging anymore. The other portion of my beauty business, I LOVE to assist women in finding their balance with inner and outer beauty. I LOVE creating videos and speaking to an audience. But what if I couldn’t do that anymore? What little voice keeps popping up? What am I subconsciously adding into my beauty business that is truly fulfilling my soul. It’s that little acting bug! I grew up in the theatre world! Mom and dad were active in local theatre when I was born. The first time it clicked, I was 9 years old starring in a film. The passion always pinged me but as I grew older, judgment from others consumed me and I dimmed my light. My acting passion lay dormant. I would still do things but not to my full potential so I wouldn’t get too much attention and have people think I’m all that. EFF THAT!!!!!!! I made the decision to SHINE BRIGHT and do what I’m meant to do! I decided to focus on my acting and SO MUCH HAS SHIFTED... I’m in the fast lane approaching my goals!! It’s incredible. I’m still active with my beauty business but I solely focus on the Beauty Therapy to assist women in giving themselves permission to be bright lights and live with intent. My main goal is uplifting others by inspiration. Life is short - live your potential!
