SAVE THE DATE Beaumont Transit will be at Walmart Beaumont on Saturday, November 14th for the Stuff the Bus Food Drive. We are hoping to literally stuff an entire bus full of non-perishable food items for the Winter Wish program! Stop by and donate anytime between 9am and 3pm.

WE'RE BACK! Beginning Tuesday, October 13, Beaumont Transit will return to a full-service schedule! In addition to several route modifications, the following public health protocols will be in place: Face masks are required for all riders. Load from the rear doors only.... Please stay at least 6 feet back from the driver. Seats will be closed to ensure social distancing. Limit 10 riders per bus. Please visit BeaumontCa.gov/Transit for updates to route schedules. To encourage ridership, Beaumont Transit will be offering FREE FARES through December 2020! All Beaumont routes, including commuter links, are eligible for free fares. The free fare promotion is made possible through a grant from the Low Carbon Transit Operations Program (LCTOP) funded through the State of California and administered by California Department of Transportation (CalTrans) in coordination with Air Resource Board (ARB) and State Controller’s Office (SCO) in an effort reduce greenhouse gas emissions. To assist with social distancing onboard Beaumont Transit, we have closed several seats and limited capacity on all routes. Additional safety measures such as wearing masks and loading from the rear doors are in place to ensure the safety of riders and our drivers.

DID YOU KNOW: September is Rail Safety Month Here are a few rail safety facts you need to know: 1) Trespassing on train tracks is not only dangerous and can lead to serious injury, it is also illegal! 2) You may not always be able to hear a train coming, which is why it’s important to stay off and away from tracks. ... 3) It can take a train up to a mile to come to a complete stop. If an object or person is on the tracks and the train can’t stop in time, unfortunately, a collision may occur. We challenge you to share these important safety messages with five family members and friends. Save lives, tell five!

On Monday, August 3, 2020, Beaumont Transit will launch Casino Express, a new route connecting Beaumont to Cabazon! The Casino Express will provide weekday serv...ice between the Beaumont Walmart and Morongo Casino Resort and Spa. Transfer points along the Casino Express are located at Walmart and San Gorgonio Memorial Hospital. The transfer points will allow riders to connect with other transit providers including RTA, Sunline, and Banning Transit. Effective immediately: To ensure the health and safety of our drivers and riders, we ask that you practice the following preventive actions to help slow the spread of respiratory viruses: Stay home when you are sick - Please do not ride public transportation if you are or think you may be positive for COVID-19. Wear a face covering (mask, neck gaitor, bandana, home made mask) Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water are not a...vailable, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol. Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands. Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash. While on board, please maintain distance between you and other passengers. For the safety of our riders, Beaumont Transit is frequently sanitizing buses and drivers are wearing masks. Please remember that we are in this together, and together we will get through it.

Effective immediately: For the health and safety of riders and drivers, all Beaumont Transit passengers are required to wear a face covering to board/ride. Face coverings can be bandanas, scarves, neck gaiters or other clothing that does not have visible holes.

ROUTE 3: 6:24 a.m. 11:06 a.m. & 1:24 p.m. 5:06 p.m. ROUTE 4: 6:35 a.m. 9:35 a.m. & 12:35 p.m. 5:35 p.m. ROUTE 3/4: Saturday ONLY from 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Sunday CLOSED ROUTE 120: Will operate during the following loops ONLY: Morning 4:40, 7:25 and 9:45 Afternoon 12:25, 3:00, & 5:20 Saturdays 9:35 a.m., 11:55 a.m., & 3:10p.m. ROUTE 125: 7:00 a.m. 10:10 a.m. & 1:45 p.m. 5:10 p.m. The safety of our riders is our top priority. Beaumont Transit 26.06.2020

Tonight the Beaumont City Council reviewed conceptual drawings for the regional bus stop located at Walmart. The project will feature a 26ft shelter, updated landscaping, info kiosk and bike racks. The project is 100% grant funded and expected to be complete by May 2020.
