Great first class back @ BeatDown Training Center
Hey Guys, After all that's going on with this COVID-19 the last thing I want to do is close the gym. I thought long and hard about what to do. After rethinking it over and over in my head? I have come to the conclusion and decided to close the gym for this week and figure out what to do this weekend at the latest. I want everyone to be safe and healthy so we can get back to training and our regular lives. Thank you all for understanding.
