And the after. I honestly was heartbroken to move but I had to make a decision. Our rent at the other studio was almost at 4K. Our landlord raised my rent every every month. The more he saw us thriving the more he tried to bring us down by raising our rent. It was getting out of hand and I just had to make that decision so we can make it. When my friend Tatiana from @andreashealthykitchen who also lost her business (Please donate if you can) told me about the vacant place nex...t to her I started mapping out the move and for months I hustled my ass off- PREGNANT doing Pop ups, creating invitations, selling memberships and running the studio to be able to rent 2 places. I didn’t want to interrupt my clients workout schedule cuz I know first hand how easy it is to quit and I didn’t want them to. We all worked Day and Night. Had so many volunteers who put their time and sweat. We were able to make it happen, rent & deposit plus the rent for the old place. As well as the remodel. A little over 12k total and We did it. Didn’t used credit cards or loans. I got it done. I was ready and signed paperwork. And with the help of our community we had it ready within one weekend. That was amazing.
