Recce Town, Starting 8 June, the Aero Club will reopen (Solo Flights and limited instruction). Please continue to practice protective measures against COVID-19 such as physical distancing and facial coverings. Hours of Operation... o M-TH: 0900-1400 Masks will be required to enter the facility; mark areas for customers to promote physical distancing in the office and at the Tower o All personnel will wear PPE when interacting with customers. o Maximum of 2 customers in the facility/tower at one time Sanitation of the planes will be performed before and after each flight Anyone exhibiting symptoms will not be allowed to fly Members and students will be required to provide their own headsets for each flight or and be responsible and required to sanitize the headsets after use See more

Cancellation of the Beale Air and Space Expo The Air Force is committed to upholding the complete trust and confidence of Americans; community engagement is key... to that relationship. However, due to the evolving effects of COVID-19, the Department of the Air Force suspended all outreach activities and support to community events through May 15th, 2020. This includes, but is not limited to, on-base and civilian sponsored airshows, band performances, and community engagements and meetings, e.g. speaking engagements, community meetings on installations, base tours, etc. As such, the Beale Air and Space Expo, scheduled for May 9th and 10th, is cancelled. We will continue to support memorial flyovers on a case-by-case basis.
