An update from Bayshore Supply regarding COVID-19 To Our Valued Customers, Bayshore Supply is open for business and we thank you for your continued business with us. We are dedicated to customer service and will strive to maintain the level of service in this complex time.... However, due to the current nature of the COVID-19 outbreak, we are modifying our business interactions. Bay Area counties have enacted a shelter-at-home policy and it has impacted many businesses in the area. These changes will be in effect for three weeks, starting March 17, 2020, under the recommendation of our respective Counties and Cities. 1. Bayshore Supply is OPEN. 2. Our business hours have not changed. We will be open for business under normal business hours. 3. All orders and transactions shall be performed by phone or email. Payments may only be made with credit card over the phone. Cash will no longer be accepted at this time. 4. During this time, our showrooms at San Carlos and San Francisco will be closed to the public. Please call our branch and we will assist you by phone or email. 5. Product will only be set in a secure location for pickup. No customers will be allowed to enter our premises. Please understand our difficult situation at this time. Bayshore Supply will continue business to the best of our capabilities. I personally thank all of our customers that will help and cooperate with us work through this complex time.
