Hello FB friends! Hopefully after the holiday craziness dies down and the permits start rolling in around January I should be selling at local farmers market and breweries. In the mean time I've been working on holiday pralines aka Maple Bacon (Hmmm bacon). Someone recently asked me "what about beer candy?" and me not being much of a beer drinker didn't have an answer! Tips from the Bayou~ When buying berries of any sort, take them out of the plastic container and line the container with paper towels. Then place the berries back inside.
