The San Francisco Zazpiak Bat dancers would like to dedicate this dance to our members who have passed away this past year, especially Angele Goyeneche and Jean Acheritogaray. Although not from San Francisco, we would also like to honor Isidore Camou.

The Sunday, June 7th, 2020 San Francisco Basque Club Picnic has been canceled but will be back better then ever in 2021 (June 6th).

This coming Sunday Aita Antton Egiguren will celebrate mass at 10 AM PT at Our Lady of Mercy church in Merced, and will stream live to all the Basque friends. On Saturday, March 14th, 4:00pm, at the SFBCC, N.A.B.O. will honor the U.S. based berstsolaris, Gratien Alfaro, Jesus Arriada, Johnny Curutchet, Martin Goicoechea & Jesus Goñi for their contributions over the years at N.A.B.O. events and N.A.B.O. member Basque club events. This tribute will show-case the four active U.S. bertsolaris, along with two bertsolaris from the Basque Country, Sebastian Lizaso and Aitor Mendiluze, in a full ninety-minute bertsolaritza performance with real-time English translation of the improvised verses.
