Although her fitness career only started a year ago at Basecamp, her passion for fitness runs deep! Between NYC and SF Emi...ly has done over 1000 workouts at 60 different studios. In NYC, she taught a bootcamp class in East River Park and is a big Jillian Michael’s fan. She loves the empowerment a workout gives you to push past mental barriers!
