Ever wondered how to explain the Basecamp Fitness workout to a friend? Just tell them that the workout consists of one-minute intervals that will demand 100%and then some. And just when you think you can't do one more rep or one more second, the interval switches to strength training. And then you go back to cardio. And then back to strength training.
