Barrel Proof Tasting

Join us this Saturday when we partner with Chef Joe Barille and Cafe Topes in Carlsbad for a night of bourbon tasting paired with specific appetizers made to bring out the flavors in the bourbons. We will be tasting the allocated W.L. Weller 12 year, the highly rated George T. Stagg (and highly potent at a whopping 138.1 Proof), the elusive Colonel E.H. Taylor Barrel Proof as well as a few others from the Buffalo Trace Distillery. Tickets are $125/person and there is a 40 person maximum, so please RSVP if you'd like more details on this event.
