Due to the increasing concern regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we wanted to assure our clients that we are still open and will remain open for as long as possible. If the situation changes we will notify everyone as soon as possible. We also feel compelled to communicate our continued sanitation protocol and updates on how we are operating our business during this public health crisis. First we want state that this particular strain of Coronavirus is not zoonotic. This ...means that your dog or cat cannot contract this Coronavirus, nor can you contract the virus from other dogs or cats. Secondly we want to assure you that since we opened our doors we have always had a meticulous cleaning protocol- disinfecting tools between pet clients, cleaning and disinfecting the salon each night. Since the outbreak of the Coronavirus, we have also been using disinfecting wipes between clients to wipe down the front door handles as well as the entire cash wrap area, down to the pens and the credit card terminal. We all will continue the practice of washing our hands thoroughly and often throughout the day. Our policy for all of us working in the salon is to stay home if any of us are feeling at all unwell. Some of us do wear masks in the salon on a regular basis due to pet hair and other lung contaminants, so please do not be alarmed if you see us wearing masks. We ask in return that if you or anyone in your household are feeling at all unwell, that you please postpone your grooming appointment. We are staying updated with the CDC, WHO, and local authorities, and will remain open until further notice. Thank you all, and stay healthy! The Barks and Bones Team

Wishing everyone a safe and wonderful Christmas! As a reminder, we are closed today, Tuesday 24th and tomorrow, Wednesday 25th, and will reopen on Thursday 26th. We will also be closed for New Years Tuesday 31st and Wednesday 1st. We will return to normal business hours on Thursday 2nd.
