Tomarrow is Visalias Downtown Farmers Market. I have Grain-Free Treats, and my new creation Blueberry Scones! The Scones ar soft and easy to chew for the older dogs, or any dog for that matter. I also made my Pumpkin Treats a little softer this time. I am also bringing my camera so I can get pictures of all my wonderful customers to post on my page (If you don't mind).

Finished my Grain-Free Banana Training Treats. They are soft but a little chewie. The Tapioca Flour is hard to work with but I'll keep trying. I have some other Grain-Free flours on order. But today I will make the Sweet Potato and try another batch of Banana with a different flour.

Dogs mainly "taste" with their noses. While they do have taste buds, most are located at the tip of their tongues. Just to give you a point of reference, dogs have approx. 1700 taste buds to a humans 9,000! And, dogs tend to chomp their food a couple of times, then down the hatch. They don't chew and savor the flavor. So, your dog generally knows if he wants to eat something or not simply by the smell.
