Barajas Foundation

RIP to a beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, great-great grandmother, and the INSPIRATION of The Barajas Foundation, Petra Barajas. Thanks to her continuous support and optimism, The Barajas Foundation was created and flourished, helping many students move towards a college and career path. We will continue to support Guadalupe students in her honor.

We were honored to recognize Beatriz Santiago from Guadalupe, a great student and a future teacher. The recipient of the 2020 Allan Hancock College Barajas Foundation Award in Memory of Anthony Santana.

Congratulationsto all of the McKenzie 8th grade students and all of the scholarship recipients.

On 05/04/2020, The Barajas Foundation in partnership with 99 Cent Store #400 in Canoga Park, CA, donated more that $1200.00 worth of candy to The Family Rescue Center in Canoga Park, CA. This donation was made possible by 99 Cent Store Manager Eduardo Nava.

We would like to thank our Green Valley Recreation (GVR)Tennis Club volunteers for making this event possible and congratule the 50/50 raffle winner.
