Meat talk at Bar AE Ranch! London Broil London Broil is a tougher piece of meat without much marbleization, but cooked properly it can be a tasty treat. London Broil should be boiled or BBQ-ed. Follow our recipe for success.... 1. Cut a crisscross pattern 1/8" deep into the top. 2. Pour on BBQ or Marinade sauce and let stand 1hr. 3. Drain Marinade off 4. Place meat into a shallow baking dish 5. Generously salt, pepper and season top of meat 6. Broil 5-10 minutes or until lightly browned (time varies according to your oven) 7. Flip over the piece of meat and season. 8. Broil again for 5-10 minutes 9. Let it rest at least 10 minutes 10. Thin slice against the grain 11. Enjoy!
