I spent tonight looking at older IG posts on where we have been as a studio. This picture is my favorite and the reason I'm still in this work. It would be so easy to close the doors and move on. Take my losses, prevent further loss and just leave the keys on the desk and turn my back. In fact the thought comes in and out of my mind daily. Looking at the pictures and remembering what it looks like and feels like to be up to something bigger than just me and my own comfor...t is worth it all. Our BPYSF community is fractured and suffering in their own way and even some of our teachers have moved on or disconnected. It feels like its harder and harder for many of us to get on our mats, I am confident that our practice is still alive and striving in each of you. It takes something to bring it out and feel what it feels like again but I promise it's worth it. Love you all -Sean See more
