The countdown to Christmas is on! The kids will soon be on break and the house is all nicely decorated (except that the cat insists on trying to scale the tree!) I have wrapped countless presents and found a box of mince pies that I am trying to save until Christmas day (but I don't think that they will last that long.) My four year old keeps asking me how Santa is going to get into our house if we don't have a chimney so we are working on the "magic key" theory. This hasn't been an easy year for anyone but I have been so cheered by the cards that have been coming in from friends, family, and clients, some of which have photos on them that I have taken. It brings a sense of normalcy and tradition to an otherwise mad time.

One of the things that I love is when clients want to include their dogs in their photo shoots! After all, fur babies are family too! We are gearing up for Thanksgiving over here. It's going to be a different one that's for sure, but there are still a lot of things that I am thankful for this year, despite our new reality. And among things like family, friends, and Zoom technology, I am so grateful for YOU! Yes you. If you’re reading this then it means that you have supported my business in one way or another, and for that I cannot thank you enough.
