This Saturday Boot camp support kcsal! The Kings County Sheriff’s Activities League (SAL) has been established as a non-profit chapter of the California Police Activities League. We reach out to children who are trying and doing their best to get good grades, stay out of trouble, and who are trying to be positive role models. ... Currently we have a large number of kids enrolled in our kids Bullyproof Brazilian Jujitsu class. Unfortunately our classes are currently full and we are in need to expand in order to allow more kids to join. The main emphasis is on self-awareness and bully deterrence, utilizing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (grappling) as form of self-defense. Techniques will involve verbal assertiveness, and non-violent self-defense techniques. Location @banger_built 2510 E. main st. Visalia Time: 8a.m Donation Thank you

We all know what's going on around the world and in our own town. Let's work together to keep this place a safe environment for training! If you don't feel well, don't come to the gym. Listen to your body and let it rest. Wipe down the equipment. We have plenty of spray bottles and rags stationed around the gym. Use them and clean your equipment when you're finished using it. Keep your hands clean. Use the restroom to wash your hands or use the hand sanitizer bottles we have available (please don't overuse). Stay clean out there!
